Hi, I’m Jacob Ortiz, and I’ve been working in real estate for over five years, specializing in single-family homes. My goal has always been simple — to make the selling process easy, honest, and stress-free for every homeowner I work with.
Before I got into real estate, I worked as a pizza delivery driver. It might sound unrelated, but that job actually shaped a lot of who I am today. It taught me the importance of great communication, reliability, and convenience — values I carry into every client relationship. Those early experiences helped me learn how to really listen to people, understand what they need, and make their experience as smooth as possible.
What makes me different from other real estate professionals is my problem-solving approach. I never believe in a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, I focus on creating multiple exit strategies that best fit my clients’ goals and circumstances. Whether someone is facing foreclosure, needs to relocate quickly, or just wants a simple way to sell, I do my best to make the process straightforward and stress-free. One of the most meaningful experiences in my career was helping a seller who was about to lose her home to foreclosure. I was able to step in, guide her through the process, and help her walk away with money in her pocket.
